Mahindra & Mahindra's Chakan plant to begin production by November end

As per report so far the company has invested Rs 2,500 crore to set up the plant.

M&M's new plant has a production capacity of 320000 vehicles in Phase I and has plans to increase capacity in future.

The new plant will be able to produce all of M&M vehicles and trucks. Initially, the plant will have four assembly lines and target domestic as well as international markets.
